Competition #MyPETYMoment

1. Organizer

The organizer of the contest is Inveno AG, Bahnstrasse 6c, 6210 Sursee, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). The contest is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc. and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them.

2. Participation period

The competition begins on August 3, 2025, and ends on August 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (CET).

3. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in a European country who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge, independent of any product purchase, and free of any obligation to purchase. Employees of Inveno AG and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Conditions of participation

The following conditions must be met in order to participate:

• During the participation period, participants must post a reel they have created themselves on their own Instagram profile, clearly showing their dog and a PETY product.

• The hashtag #MyPETYMoment must be used in the post.

• The post must tag the Instagram account @pety.eu.

• The Instagram profile must be publicly visible during the participation period.

 

The post must not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, or personal rights) and must comply with applicable law and Instagram guidelines.

5. Prizes

The following prize will be awarded: a Trekony pop-up tent worth CHF/€349.
Cash payments or exchanges of prizes are not possible. The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.

6. Determination & notification of winners

The winner will be selected at random and notified personally.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram by September 8, 2025, at the latest. If no response is received within 15 calendar days, the prize claim will expire without replacement.

7. Transfer of rights & consent

By participating, the participant grants the organizer a non-exclusive, temporally and spatially unlimited right to use the submitted contribution for self-promotional purposes (e.g., on the website, social media, newsletters, online advertising) with mention of the Instagram username.

The participant warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted entry and that no third-party rights are infringed.

8. Data protection

Only data necessary for contacting the winners will be processed for the purpose of conducting the competition (e.g., Instagram username, and in the event of a win: name, address, email address).

9. Exclusion from the competitionThe organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of attempted manipulation, false information, or violations of these terms and conditions.

10. DisclaimerThe organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions, delays, or failures that are beyond its control.

11. Right to terminate or modify the campaign

Inveno reserves the right to interrupt or cancel competitions at any time for important reasons without any claims to compensation. Termination for important reasons may occur in particular if the proper execution of the competition can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

12. Applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
